This is the current outlook for NWPhotoVideo LLC. Bigger things are coming!NWPhotoVideo Update_Project OutlookThis is the current outlook for NWPhotoVideo LLC

Dear Friends,

We wanted to take a moment to share an important update as this vision continues to move forward.

After years of planning, development, and behind-the-scenes work, we are now entering the final phases of business planning. What began as an idea has grown into a structured, multi-layered initiative centered around media, storytelling, and long-term community impact.

One of the key milestones we are excited to share is that we have successfully established a partnership with our distributor, strengthening our ability to expand into equipment, production resources, and broader media capabilities. This is a major step forward in building the foundation for what comes next.

As we move into this stage, our focus has shifted toward securing a physical location that will serve as a central hub for operations.

We are currently exploring:

• Storefront space with integrated warehouse capabilities
• A location that supports both retail and production needs
• Long-term facilities designed for growth and scalability

At the same time, we are also evaluating the option of acquiring property and developing a custom-built warehouse and production space aligned with our long-term vision.

Strong Interest — Strategic Timing

Over the past several months, we have received significant outreach from potential partners and sponsors, and we are incredibly grateful for the level of interest and support.

At this time, however, we are being intentional in how we move forward.

We are not onboarding additional partners or sponsors just yet as we finalize our internal planning, complete agreements between core partners, and bring our new platform fully online.

This ensures that when we do open the door, we are positioned to build the right partnerships the right way.

Building the Foundation

In the meantime, we are focused on strengthening the foundation of the company.

This includes:

• Securing the necessary funding to move into full execution
• Completing development of our website and digital platform
• Beginning to identify and hire key backend roles that will support long-term growth

These steps are critical to ensuring that everything we build is sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the mission.

The Road Ahead

This phase marks the transition from planning into execution.

The vision is becoming real.

And while much of the work is still happening behind the scenes, progress is being made every day.

We will continue to share updates as milestones are reached.

For those who have followed this journey, supported it, and believed in it—thank you. Your encouragement means more than you know.

And as always, we encourage you to share this update with others who may want to follow along.

Because what we are building is not just a business.

It’s something much bigger.

Sincerely,
Nathanial Waters
